My C9 Journey - Forever Living Cleanse

As the saying goes the diet starts on monday! The only difference is I'm not going on a diet but a Cleanse....The C9 Cleanse to be exact! I have started today and so far so good!

So what is a C9?
The C9 programme can help to jump-start your journey to a slimmer, healthier you! Primarily an Aloe Vera based cleanse, the C9 works by eliminating toxins from the body which thus leads to a more effectively weight loss.

Days 1 & 2 you have lots of Aloe Vera Gel and a combination of supplements (Garcinia, Therm & Fiber) and one meal replacement shake (Forever Lite Ultra). The combination of these products eliminate toxins, break down fat & increase your metabolism however because of their high nutritional content your body does not go into starvation mode & you still have lots of energy!

Days 3-9 consist of the Aloe Vera Gel & supplements as well as two meal replacement shakes and one 600 calorie meal.

The first couple of days aims to reset your body and mind. There is also a “free food” list of items which can be eaten throughout the cleanse so you won't go hungry!


A break down of the products:

Aloe Vera Gel – contains over 70 different vitamins, minerals & trace elements.  Boosts the immune system + digestive system & cleanses the body whilst aiding nutrient absorption.

Forever Garcinia - an appetite suppressant, contains chromium which contributes to  macronutrient metabolism & maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

Forever Therm - contains a special combination of vitamins, including B6 & B12, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C also contributes to a normal energy yielding metabolism.

Fiber – helps removal of waste and helps you feel full so you don't feel the need to snack!

Aminotein shake – 2 shakes provide 100% of recommended daily vitamins & minerals, available in Vanilla or Chocolate (Vanilla - 201 cals per shake).

Cult Beauty Summer Goody Bag + Haul
